Are you struggling to screw on your tap wall flanges? There’s a good chance your plumbing is recessed too deeply into the wall. This can happen in older homes where additional rendering or tiling has increased the distance between the wall surface and the tap thread.
Our EZYFIX Classic and Modern Lever wall tapware include these thread extenders as standard, and they will often resolve the issue. This kit makes them available separately, giving you a flexible solution for extending your tap threads.
Each extender features a male-to-female connection, allowing them to be screwed together to achieve the required length — from 15mm up to 50mm. They can also be easily trimmed down for shorter extensions where needed.
If additional adjustment is required beyond thread extension, an in-wall tap seat and spindle extender kit may be needed. Separate options are available for jumper valve and ceramic disc tapware.
