Our warranty covers any faults caused by materials, workmanship or design for a full five years from the date of purchase. Simply install your EZYFIX product as per our instructions and you’ll be covered — no licensed plumber required. Our warranty policy does not include normal wear and tear or damage due to the use of harsh chemicals that can damage the finish.
If you need to make a claim, you can contact EZYFIX directly or return the product (with proof of purchase) to the place of purchase. We’ll also cover any reasonable, direct costs associated with making a warranty claim.
This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which entitles you to a replacement or refund for major failures, and repair or replacement if a product does not meet acceptable quality standards.

To maintain the finish and performance of your EZYFIX tapware, we recommend cleaning with warm, soapy water only. Some liquid detergents can be caustic, so avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or acid-based products, as these can damage the surface and void your warranty.
For best performance, ensure your hot water temperature does not exceed 70°C.
Ceramic disc tapware (such as modern lever styles) is not recommended for use in areas where water pressure exceeds 500kPa, as excessive pressure may affect performance.
