Our Warranty
No Excuses Warranty, What Does It Mean?
Our warranty covers faults caused by materials, workmanship, or design for a full five years from the date of purchase. To maintain warranty coverage, products should be installed and used in accordance with the supplied instructions and any applicable local regulations. Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from the use of harsh chemicals or inappropriate cleaning products that may affect the finish.
If you need to make a claim, you can contact EZYFIX directly or return the product (with proof of purchase) to the place of purchase. We’ll also cover any reasonable, direct costs associated with making a warranty claim.
This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which entitles you to a replacement or refund for major failures, and repair or replacement if a product does not meet acceptable quality standards.
This warranty is given by EZYFIX, ABN 43009208459, 138 Hasler Road, Osborne Park WA 6017, (08) 9272 6511, sales@prideindustries.com.au.
Care & Maintenance
Keep your tapware looking its best
To maintain the finish and performance of your EZYFIX tapware, we recommend cleaning with warm, soapy water only. Some liquid detergents can be caustic, so avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or acid-based products, as these can damage the surface and void your warranty.
For best performance, ensure your hot water temperature does not exceed 70°C.
Ceramic disc tapware (such as modern lever styles) is not recommended for use in areas where water pressure exceeds 500kPa, as excessive pressure may affect performance.
With the right care, your EZYFIX tapware will continue to look great and perform reliably for years to come.
