We have used Ezyfix taps in our kitchen & laundry for 10 years now & find them far more reliable than traditional taps where the washers inevitably compress & need to be changed it seems like yearly. We have also found the after market service from Pride Industries to be very friendly & helpful!

Great Product, bought before a month ago

I bought Ezyfix taps a few years ago for my kitchen sink and they still work well. Better and cleaner than any other ones. I bought the shower taps this week and fitted them within an hour. I have mobility issues, and the whole fitting was done and dusted whilst sitting on my shower chair and using my shower grab handles. So simple to install, and it helps me set the shower temperature perfectly: turn the hot water on full and turn the cold tap to 30 degrees angle before climbing in. You need a 2 inch shifter to install it, and don’t overtighten it on the orange washer. Perfect product.

I purchased 2 sets of kitchen taps from Bunnings of your brand of tapware. I have been very happy with the quality and price of these, especially since I can install them myself.

When one of the taps developed a slow leak, I contacted your business and requested replacement parts. With a quick response, the replacement components were delivered within a week and the service was exceptional. Considering you are in WA and I am in NSW, I was impressed. Easy to fit, fantastic idea

Easy to install and looks like a new sink. What a fantastic idea and so much easier than pulling out the old waste insert.

Quality item – perfect solution

The waste outlet in our basin was functional but very old and ugly.

Replacement was impossible as the required thread size is no longer available. The Ezyfix Waste Insert was the perfect solution. It looks fabulous and is high quality, so I expect it will look great for years to come.

Solved a potentially very costly problem

Renovating an older bathroom without wanting to spend a fortune was a problem when it came to the bath. I wasn’t going to replace the bathtub – it was in superb condition, but the drain outlet had lost all its shine over the years and simply looked terrible. Leaving it would have spoiled the reno. Pulling the whole drainage system apart to replace the outlet and drain pipes was just way too expensive. A real problem until I found the EXYFIX bath repair kit.

Absolutely brilliant product and made the bathtub look a million dollars. I also used the smaller 40mm unit to do up the basin outlet.

I purchased eight easy fix tap sets and I couldn’t find the vandal spanner to remove one of the tap sets, I reached out to Ezyfix for a replacement expecting to pay for it, but they sent me out two in the post at their cost under warranty!!! Fantastic people to deal with and a great product. 

I bought some taps from Bunnings that had been supplied by pride industries. While I was installing them, my autistic son chewed up one of the internal washers I asked pride if replacements were available and was promptly sent some new ones.

When I found they didn’t fit, pride replaced the tap’s internal cartridge If that’s not wonderful customer service, then nothing is. I am most grateful for their help.
