Is your plumbing recessed really deep into the wall? If you are unable to screw the flanges onto your EZYFIX Classic tapware (or other jumper valve tapware), there is a good chance your plumbing is set too far back. This can occur in older buildings where additional adhesive or rendering has increased the wall thickness between the tile surface and the tap seat.
Our EZYFIX Classic tapware includes black PVC thread extenders, which will often resolve this issue. When they don’t, this in-wall tap seat and spindle extender kit provides an additional 26mm of reach, allowing for correct installation.
If you have an EZYFIX Tough Tube Spanner Kit, one of the sockets is also designed to fit these in-wall seat extenders.
This kit is designed for use with jumper valve tapware only. A separate extender kit is available for ceramic disc systems.
