Need new cartridges for your wall taps? If your tap is leaking, start by removing the existing cartridge and inspecting the tap seat. If you notice marks, cracks or pinholes, the seat may need to be reseated using a tap reseating tool (available at most hardware stores). Once reseated, reinstall the cartridge and test for leaks.
If the tap is still leaking, replacing the cartridges with this MK2 3/4 turn ceramic disc pair is the next step.
Important: These are MK2 cartridges, used in EZYFIX Modern Lever tapware from 2014 onwards. They can be identified by the red and blue soft rubber washers on the base. Earlier versions used hard white nylon washers and are not interchangeable due to a different handle fixing system, so it’s important to select the correct type.
